All our caviar comes from sustainably farmed sturgeon, supported by CITES certificates. We partner only with farms that adhere to strict local and U.S. regulations, ensuring the wellbeing of both the fish and the planet. In compliance with U.S. law, we never import wild-caught caviar, only responsibly farmed varieties.
